Led Risk Transformation engagements specializing in Supply Chain Advisory, serving as a subject matter resource on high complexity engagements around inventory and production purchasing. Extensive experience in Oil and Gas from civil work to site construction, inventory management and operations management. Introduced and championed implementation of data analytics and robotic desktop automation within the Risk Transformation team. This has included internal consulting, developing and delivering training while serving as a local champion. Growing a data analytics into organic capacity within the team. Served as a field contract administrator for two compression projects for a large North American midstream company, each over 100 million dollar total project costs. Assisted an employee led safety improvements of local keg deliveries in order to improve worker safety and efficiency. Responsible for processing receipt for all inbound packaging materials. Coordinate with the materials planner and the inventory analyst to ensure accuracy and that we have sufficient materials for production. Responsible for dealing with all payment issues with our suppliers and I work with Accounts Payable to ensure all credits and material returns are resolved and all suppliers are paid on time.Responsible for all outbound deliveries of kegs in the province of Nova Scotia through managing both Labatt's keg delivery drivers and outside carriers to ensure all customers receive their deliveries on time.Provide routine relief coverage to the Front Line Managers, managing 3 to 8 employees.

Worked on a pair of contracts. The first was an input/output analysis on the economic impact of a proposed IGCC Coal Plant in Southern Maine. The second was an analysis of the long term prices of elemental sulfur.

Conducted preliminary data gathering for other members of the staff. Worked on the 2009 Major Projects Inventory and conducted research on the impact of Greenhouse Gas Regulation on the Atlantic Provinces. I was responsible to keep the staff updated with the the most recent economic statistics and to maintain a newsletter of relevant stories on the regions economy.
