I oversee hiring and on-boarding processes for all our new team members. This includes recruiting, screening, and interviewing our candidates, administering new hire paperwork including our benefits package, company policies, safety waivers, and more. I also create and present our training and development materials including new manager workshops, company culture training, civility in the workplace, problem solving and conflict resolution at work. I am responsible for administrative tasks such as operating our Salesforce SaaS platform, Talent Management, Performance Management/Appraisals, HRIS management, and timekeeping/reporting. I created and currently run our team member acknowledgement program geared towards recognizing team members who push our core values forward and go above and beyond for the team. My goal is to always push our company culture forward and help people find purpose in their work.

The Milkweed Group, LLC. is a small business, with the mission of creating safe, courageous spaces that nourish inner wisdom, sharpen clarity of purpose, and fuel capacity to live and lead for the sake of a better world. As a co-founder of The Milkweed Group, I learned the process of starting a small business and the many challenges that go along with it. In the beginning stages I spent my time conducting primary and secondary market research by identifying a target audience, consumer needs, key messages, and similar practitioner research. I helped create the business plan and worked with consultants to develop the brand and marketing strategy. With a business focused around individual discernment and leadership development, I worked with a team to plan and lead workshops and retreats to achieve these goals.
