I planned and facilitated a variety of types of meeting dealing with a range of topics including zoning variances, conflicts in home owner associations and in volunteer organizations, and concerns about harassment of religious minorities. In some meetings I facilitated in Spanish and English. All my work for this non-profit organization was pro bono.

I provided mediation services mainly for litigated cases involving complex financial transactions or substantial evidence in the form of financial records.I also provided expert assessment of economic damage. This work typically involved business interruption and other situations requiring the analysis of complex financial records.

I mediated a very wide variety of disputes involving neighbors, landlords, tenants and small businesses in San Francisco. I was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1987 and served first as Treasurer and later as Chair. All my work for this non-profit organization was pro bono.
