Led a team of 8 direct report hourly leads and oversaw a staffing program which focused on flexible staffing. Helped grow the program from 16 fulfillment centers employing 3k+ employees to 300+ fulfillment centers employing 60k+ employees.The program was solely responsible for the staffing and scheduling of the associates in these FCs via no set schedule, allowing employees to choose their own schedules while still providing the necessary labor needed to fulfill customer need.Developed Excel tool sets focused on reducing the amount of time it took to post the employee opportunities for FCs. The results of the tools resulted in a 95% reduction in time required for the team.Wrote and conducted weekly and monthly business review meetings to report on progress of the program as well as highlight opportunities where more focus was needed.Conducted resume reviews and interviews for potential new team members.Conducted admin tasks for direct reports including conducting 1 on 1 developmental conversations, managing time off requests, monitoring time on task, and delegating project work.

Overall visibility of risk for 149 sites. This entails monitoring capacities, tracking severe events and closures, deep diving root causes for automated risk mitigation triggering and making mitigation recommendations to cut cost.Work with site and Central Flow Leadership to ensure customer centered decisions are being made throughout shift as well as advise site leadership on risk mitigation steps while effected by major severe events.Early-stage development of flexible staffing system including tool creation and staffing recommendations focused on streamlining the process and reducing the time needed to upload leading to saving the company roughly $41,500 in labor.Conceptualized and created the LEADERS project which has the intent of identifying top performing flow leads and developing their skills to become future Team Leads. Of the leads involved with the project, 68% were promoted within the organization. 32% were put in a team lead role, 27% earned went on to earn a promotion in level.
