Oversee and manage all daily operations to support growth and add to the bottom line of the company. Current day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Supervise and assign fieldwork and responsibilities to 10 full time administrative employees and over 100 seasonal employees. -Use ability to think and adapt quickly to daily changes that come with running a small business-Conduct company meetings with upper management and oversee all company presentations and seminars. -Establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities. -Issue specific objectives to immediate subordinates and review objectives of all employees. -Direct, monitor, and evaluate the performance of personnel and provide the necessary coordination between activities. -Identify training needs, initiate development of staff, and recommend effective personnel action. -Maintain appropriate communications with assigned region of accounts. -Keep employees informed as to company/department plans and progress. -Consult with all segments of management responsible for policy or action. Ensure compliance within area of responsibility. Make recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures. -Provide orientation and on-the-job training for staff and ensure that the authority and responsibility for each position are defined and understood. -Ensure that duties, responsibilities, authority, and accountability of all direct employees are defined and understood. -Present monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on performance as requested by the president. -Develop and present matters to the President that require a decision. -Develop and recommend corporate operation policies and procedures. -Develop company brand and brand awareness. -Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.

• Selected to run far West Chicagoland region which included maintaining relationships with current contractual accounts while targeting new opportunities to expand • Responsible for building the west region from 3 park districts to 7 within first year of position resulting in $300,000 in new business • Used management skills to lead and direct a team of 5 full time staff and over 30 seasonal coaches responsible for running sports programs and clinics • Developed and executed a program that developed monthly and yearly goals for all employees to encourage growth and hard work for everyone within the company

• Used experience and creativity to develop multiple presentations while implementing different sales plans to obtain new business throughout Park Districts • Helped expand the company from 15 Accounts and contracts to over 40 within the first 4 years with the company bringing sales from $350,000 to over $760,000•With a partner helped organize and implement a contract with the Arena Football League that helped support our Arena Football camps, classes, and leagues which resulted in 150% increase in participation after presenting idea to 6 league executives • developed and implemented new procedures, sales, and marketing strategies to recruit and contract new accounts and facilities

Assist and execute daily practice plans and work outs, keep charts and stats for all games and players.> Scout to develop player personnel profiles and detailed play charts for opposing teams.> Assist player development throughout all levels of program> Coach all JV games> Market and sell sponsorships to generate revenue to assist traveling, team uniform, and other team related expenses
