I've been working in the IT field since 2018. While in school for CIS Cyber Security I worked for NeighborWorks Umpqua IT under Shawn Romine. While working there I learned a lot of great troubleshooting techniques and was able to actively use what I was learning in school. Since then I have only expanded my learning while holding positions in different companies which gave me more insight and knowledge on different areas of IT. The different roles include:- Manager of IT Services at a local private - Teir 1 help-desk support- IT Intern Coordinator (managing multiple interns)- Computer Repair - Field Service TechnicianI have been able to use skills and knowledge to enhance every position I have held, while continuing to learn as much as possible.
