Onsite Team Lead at a large Superannuation organisation, leading a managed service provided by JDS. Led the onsite team in the provision of enterprise monitoring and event management solutions as a service (led daily operations as well as setting the strategic direction of the team). Was a member of the superannuation company's technical architecture (solution design) working group. Evangelised and promoted the services provided to the superannuation company teams (both business and technical teams) I also developed the Superannuation company's Business Service Event Management strategy. This included development of the overall strategy, the road-map for achieving the required process changes and integrations as well establishing the architectural design for the various technical solutions to achieve this strategy. Application Monitoring- Have managed a small team of consultants in the implementation of HP BAC (BSM) for a large Telecommunications organization.- Have provided technical advice and expertise in the delivery of the complete monitoring solution encompassing dozens of applications with visibility up to Board level for a large telecommunications organization and a large insurance organization.- Have drafted an enterprise wide service management and monitoring strategy that has been adopted by a large insurance company.- Have successful delivered End User Monitoring, System Availability Management including complex Real User Monitoring (HP BAC RUM) implementations for clients. - Have assisted with the strategy as well as technical implementation of a project to consolidate events / alerts from multiple monitoring tools into a single enterprise level monitoring framework.

Also maintained and enhanced legacy data systems at CERA. Responsible for all aspects of data systems at CERA including determining requirements, UI and technical design, implementation, user training and handover, maintenance and support, enhancements.
