About Nicklas Laine Overgaard
I got my first computer at the age of 10 and started tinkering, and by age 13 I had written multiple programs in C and realised that software development definitely was my ballgame. At age 18 I co-founded a software consultancy and started talking to people and businesses about their problems in order to write more code and solve their problems.To get a proper theoretical foundation I studied at DTU and Aalto university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Technology and a Double Master's degree in Security and Mobile Computing, whilst keeping the consulting company alive to get a healthy dose of practical hands-on experience to pair with the theory. Fast forward to today where I am now partner and CTO at SKARP where we collaborate with our customers on their tech needs - transforming ideas into applications, integrating with legacy systems, using data in new ways, or simply playing with new technology that may bring business value.I am always ready for a chat or a coffee so don't hesitate to reach out.On the matter of "tech" my current passions are:microservice architectures, dotnet core, nodejs, graphql, deployment automation, docker and kubernetes
