Highly motivated and team oriented military veteran with 4 years of aviation maintenance experience, and 7 years of customer service experience.I spent my 4 years in the Air Force at Joint Base Charleston South Carolina where I inspected and maintained our C-17 cargo jet fleet of over 50 aircrafts. During my service I earned the Air Force Achievement medal for meritorious service, and playing a vital role to ensuring the aircraft's mission success during humanitarian missions. I also was responsible for training our new airman on all tasks expected of their level. Attention to detail was crucial in this field, and my extensive military training gave me all the experience I needed to be a reliable and hard working teammate.During my time with Middlesex Savings Bank, I have assisted customers with a variety of banking needs. This includes but is not limited to personal accounts, business accounts, loans, IRA transactions, and online banking solutions. I have also trained junior staff on teller transactions, account maintenance, account opening procedures, and the bank's core values. I have grown strong banking relationships with many of our business and personal customers due to my strong communication and personal skills, and as a result they consistently look to me for all of their banking needs.
