Part of their portfolio includes a number of owned brands: Flexson, SoundXtra and SecurityXtra.I was solely responsible for the creative marketing of these brands including digital, packaging, point of sale and print. They are the inventors of premium safety flooring and walling products and their name is synonymous with the products they sell very much like Hoover is to vacuum cleaners.I was responsible for developing and managing the visual identity of the Altro brand. Creating and/or giving direction on the ‘look and feel’ of all the marketing collateral produced.Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, my responsibilities included:Bringing creative ideas to life, both independently and collaboratively.Generating creative concepts and designs to drive differentiation.Developing customer-focused solutions.Shaping and developing the visual identity and brand guidelines.Training and managing designers to successfully deliver high-quality work to deadline.Planning and project management of the design services within the marketing communications team. Art direction and commissioning of photography to further elevate the quality of the company's photo library.

Armour Home, part of Armour Group Plc provide premium products, solutions and services to the specialist Hi-Fi and home entertainment market in the UK and more than 60 countries around the world.I headed up the Marketing Services Department, managing a team of five. The team consisted of Graphic Designers, Website Developers and a Marketing Assistant.The department produced all the creative marketing requirements for the business and its 11 brands, including brochures, catalogues, exhibitions, packaging, point of sale and websites.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, my responsibilities included:Acting as creative lead for all projects.Ensuring that projects were delivered on time and to budget.Managing a team of five, conducting appraisals and mentoring individuals.Designing and artworking for 11 brands, producing company advertising, brochures, catalogues, exhibitions, packaging and point of sale.Digital design and management of 11 websites.Analysing online traffic and devising solutions to increase performance of websites.Art directing photography and videos.Liaising with 3rd parties and negotiating for advertising of print and digital.Sourcing and maintaining 3rd party suppliers.Presenting concepts and proposals to board members.Meeting stakeholders within the business to provide marketing support.Organising, management and logistics for exhibition events and product launches.

Sidan Media produce books and guides for Premier League Football Clubs, newspapers and sponsors. The books are of a statistical nature and include season reviews. Visiting the clubs and working with their press officers I designed and artworked multiple publications simultaneously. I liaised with overseas printers to ensure effective production and delivery.
