IT Security implementation for enterprise wide product roll outs

Tinker Air Force Base

Responsible for management of Microsoft’s Forefront Identity Management (FIM) providing automated provisioning and deprovisioning of Active Directory Accounts, Exchange email accounts, and PKI certificate management.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area

Managed a team of 32 technicians in support Active Directory, Exchange, Vendor Application support and all server related infrastructure including Storage Area Networks (SANs) and Operating Systems. I was responsible for supporting a user base of 20,000 and over 1,700 servers located in Oklahoma City and across the State of Oklahoma. Continually performed hardware virtualization for incoming equipment into a VMWare virtualized infrastructure to maintain over 50% virtualization.

Responsible for day to day operations of Exchange 2007 environment, Active Directory Environment, VMWare virtualization platform and SAN infrastructure. Served as technical lead for agencies in application design and implementation, as well as, IT liaison for agency to address their IT needs for current and future projects.

Managed a team of 20 IT employees for the United State Military Entrance Processing Command for the Department of Defense in North Chicago, Illinois performing support functions ranging from Exchange, server, network, security, application and desktop. I also personally managed a telecommunication’s project that replaced the telephone systems at the MEPS locations across the United States. These combined were over $5 million dollar contracts. I was one of the key technical resources for completing RFP proposals to win new contracts.
