My responsibility is business development and growth, both in the Finnish market and globally. I'm also responsible for all sales activities in the Swedish market, including supporting marketing with developing marketing content, presentations, and other supporting materials to grow our market presence and sales locally.As a Business Development Manager my tasks include:- New business acquisition for the core software product in all markets globally (end-to-end sales process responsibility)- All sales efforts (end-to-end sales process) and parts of the marketing efforts in the Swedish market- Account Management for named global customer accounts- Software/Product consultation- Overall sales developmentOther tasks include collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure product market fit and aligning product roadmaps and development efforts, contract negotiations and preparation, etc. Viima's mission is to allow companies to harness the immense innovation potential that employees, customers, and other stakeholders possess. Viima's unique offering is an agile idea management software for facilitating the entire idea management process, including collecting, developing, evaluating, and tracking the value of the innovation & ideas pipeline.
