Ensures that the tracked measurable program outcomes achievements are reflected in all agency reports, internal and external. • Initiates ongoing collaboration with organizational leadership and staff to understand and evaluate funding needs, gaps, and opportunities. Participates in agency’s strategic planning process with staff and board. • Serves as co-chair of the Communications Workgroup and responsible for the execution of communications-related goals in the agency’s Strategic Plan. Co-lead on the creation of a communications plan with metric goals that defines the target audiences and the best mediums for communication with each. -
