• Manages the successful implementation of residential and limited income energy efficiency and conservation programs for FirstEnergy's operating companies in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey, exceeding annual budgets of $85 million per year.• Develops and executes energy efficiency programs that reduce energy consumption and support the Company's mission• Acts as a trusted energy advisor, providing advice and guidance to customers on energy efficiency and sustainable energy solutions• Monitors program performance metrics to ensure goals and objectives were met or exceeded• Manages the process of acquiring services of implementation vendors, negotiating contracts, and granting awards• Builds strong relationships with customers, internal departments, and other utilities to improve the customer experience• Mentors a team of energy professionals, implementing development plans and priorities while providing ongoing feedback, guidance, and training
