I have been extremely fortunate to be part of teams that have made mineral and diamond discoveries in Guinea, India and Australia.Many of the countries in which I have worked in were developing or post-conflict countries and I have always improved the standards of peoples work and lifestyles and the various corporate systems we have implemented in our workplace.During my career, I have negotiated work and community agreements, employment contracts, initiated social programmes and resolved various social/political issues.Always strived to teach and mentor people who work for me or who we are in contact with in country so leaving a pool of skilled or semi-skilled labour once I leave the project.I see my core skills are in linking like-minded people and converting their concepts or ideas they may have into corporate reality and being a first mover into new countries or sectors.Possess both UK and Australian Citizenship with significant expatriate experience in post conflict and developing countries. My language, cultural, organisational and communication skills are always being improved and I find I can adapt to virtually any situation.
