Organizational design and transformation for one of India's largest telecom operators, employing over 1,40,000 personnel

• Oversaw entire product deployments from vision and creation to rollout and delivery. Worked on multiple automation projects which achieved more than 100k hours of saving by automating the processes and scaling the solution across EY, hence reducing manual activities involved in those audit processes.• Managed implementation of new features by outlining plans and specifications such as how, where and when each component would work.• Conducted various discovery workshops in different service lines within EY in order to gather automation ideas whilst targeting end-to-end process automation• Created business cases for each automation idea (based on factors such as Cost-Benefit Analysis, scalability, requirement, duplication of existing opportunities, RAID Matrix) and got it approved before implementing the development for any automation opportunity.• Played a pivotal role in getting EY-wide certification (for usage) for some of my products.• Worked on low-code automation solutions such as VBA-Macro, PowerBI Dashboard, Alteryx, etc.

• Conducted research on various clients’ background, sector and regulatory environment to support performance of relevant assurance procedures. • Used data analytics tools such as TIBCO Spotfire and other EY internal tools in audit procedures with sound attention to detail. • Documented clearly and accurately the execution of assurance procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, and planning assurance approach as per the methodology prescribed by EY. • Performed audit procedures for clients based in the United Kingdom region including some of the Fortune 500 companies

• Led a team of 18 undergraduate students towards the successful achievement of our mission of directly impacting 3 beneficiaries, by ensuring a marginal income of INR 1800/- per month per beneficiary. • Represented Enactus Maitreyi at Enactus National Competition at a conference in Mumbai on 12 July2018. • esponsible for launching Project Samya which aims at empowering HIV infected people by inculcating entrepreneurial spirit in them and equipping them with the skills of running their own enterprise. • Undertook extensive research work such as contacting various NGOs to collaborate with, finding the appropriate target community, analyzing prospects, introducing and diversifying a product after conducting various market surveys, etc. • Conducted various sales, marketing and fund-raising campaigns and organized collection drives which resulted in engaging more prospects. • Drove year-over-year business growth while leading operations by adopting strategic vision and long-term planning perspective.

• Maintained and evaluated financial budgets and growth periodically and ensured adherence to planned expenses. • Introduced cost-effective operational processes which improved the operational efficiencies by almost 30%, which reduced the lead time of the product delivery• Implemented various strategic campaigns including online (Social-Media, Email and Blog Marketing) and offline channels (exhibition at events such as ComicCon India, PetFed India, etc. resulting in a significant web traffic volumes and brand reach). • Developed accessories product range (Tote-bags, notebooks, pin badges) from concept to production, now contributing almost 37% to the firm’s revenue. • Analyzed the niche market and designed the Go-To Market strategy, resulting in reaching a daily customer traffic of over 1000 customers per day, with a landing page conversion rate of 2.5% approximately. • Assisted in building company’s online store including product selection, order fulfilment, customer service and client-tracking.
