Developed a survey for UC medical schools to gather longitudinal data about the outcomes for their Programs in Medical Education (PRIME). This system-wide initiative includes six innovative programs that focus on meeting the needs of medically underserved populations. The goal of these programs being to recruit and prepare highly motivated, socially conscious students as future clinicians and leaders. Conducted research and analysis on the findings of a powerful new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion report created by the UC Health Sciences DEI taskforce, titled Disrupting the Status Quo published in September 2020. My responsibility was to take this report and make sure the UC Diversity websites were as up to date and impactful as possible.

HCC offers talented, diverse undergraduate and recent college graduates a comprehensive paid summer internship program that provides invaluable experience, mentoring, and networking in the health care field.
