# I have more than 15 years of experience in Rural Development, specially in project management, technical planning, Report writing, skill in training developing different training modules in agriculture, FPO, livestock, NTFP, organic farming, CBOs as well as crop water requirement, #From graduating from IIT KGP, first job was Aga Khan Rural Development Programme posted in a small block Pusa of Samastipur District of Bihar State where I had worked as Development Specialist in Alternative Engg, such as Biogas Plant, Solar lift Irrigation and have also work in the sanitation designing and implementing part, there I have work 2 years, # after wards I joined Indian Grameen Services, BASIX in Gaya district as Assistant Manager Special Projects, worked there for 4.5 years in CBS, Agriculture, Dam , Mini Water Supply Scheme, Agriculture and in health sector, here I enjoyed and learned a lot from the vast experience from the different stakeholders from government officials, NGOs, Partner NGOs, Donors, communities etc. # From I switched to Jharkhand Tribal Development Society, JTDS as Manager Natural Resource Management. Here from the planning phase to implementing phase I have worked, specialized in Gram Sabha Strengthing, MGNREGA works, ridge to valley approach, Plantation of Mango and Papaya in the irrigation patch developed. Here I work for 3.6 years, as this was my first government officials work culture in which I learned the importance of file work, notesheet, and proposal and budget approval from the GoJ. After that I worked with TRIF, for less than 3 months as Technical Manager In which worked in the solar lift irrigation and planning and implementation of crop.# After that I joined in 2018 in the month of Sep as Project Coordinator Irrigation in Jharkhand State Livelihoods Promotion Society, JSLPS I the JOHAR project funded by World Bank, worked in implementing more than 1000 schemes of 3,5 and 7.5 HP, and more than 1400 of 1 HP solar movable pumps, here work in design, development of MIS, DPRs, Crop planning, backward and forward linkage with FPOs, Development of cluster of crops in irrigation patch, till date I am working in this organization.
