My contributions have been instrumental in ensuring the success of this programI have taken on various responsibilities that include:Creating, maintaining, and updating the IBM zSystem Database to ensure a reliable source of input for program-level scope.Conducting surveys using various tools to collect key information from large audiences required for decision-making and creating scope.Segmenting projects and prioritizing them based on technological and business needs, as well as other strategic aspects of the workload.Assisting in creating program meeting invite sessions and agendas, and making presentations during stakeholder update calls.Keeping the z Master database up-to-date based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly iterations of updates from various IBM inventories.Developing self-reporting features for the database and providing training and demonstrations to the required users of the Master data.Developing program policies, processes, and delivering PCB and various project templates for performing PMs to kick-off the projects and track the projects' activities within the program framework.In summary, I have contributed to the success of the Lift & Shift program by taking on various responsibilities that range from database management to program policies and processes development.
