Working in a bank whether it's private or government Bank was always been a dream job. In my past experience I got selected in a Karnataka Bank but somehow i couldn't qualified in an interview. Presently Working in a Utkarsh Small Finance Bank as a customer service officer has given me a great experience in the branch banking. I would like to share some of my significant three years of working experience as a Customer service officer in Utkarsh Small Finance Bank :¶ Handing of Cash at the Branch and managing CRL of branch.¶ Build-up my confidence towards dealing with Customers.¶ Motivating Customers to avail third party products of the bank.¶ Quick response and problem solving within TAT framework.¶ Dealing with large number of customers at the branch QPE ( Quickly, Patiently and Efficiently ).¶ Working flawlessly and controlling FTNR efficiently. ¶ Making contacts to the new customers easily in order to bring business from open market.I also achieved two times exemplary performance award.
