• Mainly focusing on handling customers that consists of supermarkets such as MYDIN, Giant, NSK, Econsave and customer from Sabah and Sarawak.• Check the inventory in daily duties to ensure the sufficient inventory before processing the purchase order.• Booking the transporter to the send the customers’ order.• Processing the orders via SQL Accounting software by making an invoice and delivery order. Double check the invoice and delivery order are made according to PO’s before request authorisation from account staff.• Ensure the payments are all collected when they are due by pulling out the aging report and reporting it to the manager.• Make a sales analysis by obtaining information from SQL, performing a VLOOKUP in Excel, and creating a monthly sales report.• Prepare customer statement accounts by the end of the month and assist an account supervisor by filing accounts for auditing purposes.

• Handling administrative and clerical tasks and assisting in daily office needs such as photocopying and filling. • Handling customers’ orders by recording them on Google Sheets and packing parcels according to orders made by customers.• Check the inventory in daily duties and report it to supervisor to ensure there is sufficient inventory before proceeding with the customer's orders.
