• Financial Controllership. o In general I assess new arrangements with partners and customers if there are Finance, Accounting and Tax concerns especially on transfer pricing. o I coordinate with Compliance and legal as well as tax team on matters relating to regulatory reporting and requirements and align with them on the timing of Financial reporting and audit.o I manage a lean team to execute monthly closing and I prepare monthly Profit and Loss report to be presented to the global finance team.• Financial Operations management. I coordinate with product team, partnership, and sales to assist on funding demands, partnership arrangement, and Merchant onboarding. My main responsibilities are to ensure that there is enough funds to cover gaps between partners commitments on settlements and merchant demands and ensure timely settlements, reconciliation and control between those flow of process.• Financial management and Treasury. I facilitate the funding request and prepare semi-annual and quarterly forecast for General and Administrative expenses to cover projected cash burn. I also assist in the financial planning and analysis with relates to margin and fee structure to ensure profitability and future expected returns on low margin arrangement.

• I was able to do 3 full cycles of NetSuite implementation. These are for a logistics company assisting a big known fast food chain in the Philippines, a pharmaceutical company and a real estate and energy group of companies.• My role is to be able to understand the Accounting end to end processes of our client including the processes of other departments that may impact financials. Upon understanding, those known processes will be analyzed, assessed and setup to the NetSuite best practice accounting flow. Known gaps that cannot be catered in the system will have outside system solutions or workarounds. Subsequently once solution is agreed I will then assist in the configuration stage to structure customization and test them to the limit. After the configuration I am also responsible in conducting training and documentation for Go live preparation. Lastly during go live, I will be assisting the administrator on how to resolve for their users concerns or request.

• My audit experience is mostly on Asset Management audit, and partly of different types of industry such as logistics, retail, oil, service and the like.• I work as an Audit analyst of Financial Services cluster in PwC Shared Service Company. As Audit analyst I have two responsibility, first is the Administrative task wherein I handle Audit associates, train new Audit analyst and Audit Associate, and handle more than 100 hours work request. Second is the technical task wherein I communicate to Auditors in different PwC territory, understand the audit requirements depending on the audit phase of the request, conduct planning, and substantive audit procedures then preparation of audit report and wrap up.• In detail, I perform creation of preliminary documents such as but not limited to audit program, engagement letter and the like. Perform assertions audit of the financial line items, checking if variances arise or if such variances is below assessed risk. Ensuring that the Financial Reports are consistent and reconciled.
