Key Responsibilities* Responsible for Key Account management and increase market share in various segments. * Build and maintain strong partnership with all clients to develop and sustain a professional customer relationships. * Manage Key Account of the company in achieving the organisation performance goals/target on existing and developing new business. * Frequent reporting management and customer forecasting.* Identify customer needs, opportunities, and requirements. * Effectively handle all customer complaints appropriately within the minimum time frame. * Work with internal technical team and support team to ensure timely delivery and high quality of customer service level. * Ensure timely collection of payments.* To meet with clients to get their feedback of services offered.
