Hello, I'm Katy Johnson. Born in the heartland of Iowa and now with over 16 years in Los Angeles, I've taken the genuine approach of my roots and combined it with the dynamic pace of LA to serve my real estate clients effectively.Having had the privilege of traveling to 99 countries, I've cultivated a deep understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds. This global perspective empowers me to communicate and interact seamlessly with a broad spectrum of clients in LA's multicultural property scene.Before pivoting into real estate, I was a successful model, featured in a multitude of top-tier publications such as Glamour, Men's Health, GQ, Sport's Illustrated, Esquire, Maxim, etc. This career allowed me to network with some of LA's elite, including its affluent billionaires and celebrities. Through this, I learned the value of charisma, hard work, and dedication – values I now infuse into every property transaction I manage.Beyond modeling, I produced, directed, and wrote a documentary focused on advocating for women's empowerment, equality, and self love across 78 countries. This project sharpened my project management skills and deepened my commitment to making a tangible difference, all while creating last memories and bonds with women all over the globe that have touched my heart with their strength, vulnerability, courage, and kindness. I also currently have a travel and women' empowerment blog where I have worked with many of the top hospitality and travel brands in the world through articles, social media marketing and activations. I've worked with top brands such as Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Kempenski, Sofitel, The Luxury Collection, Marriott, Sheraton, and many more boutique hotel brands. I've done other travel brand activations such as EURail, Allianz, Red Bus etc.I have also worked and collaborated with many fashion and beauty brands such as Revolve, Almay, Buxom, Dr. Jart, KD skincare, Agency, Pretty Little Thing, Fashionova, Blue Revival Denim, Nadine Merabi, Stillwater etc.
