I am a director of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), McKinsey's business and economics research arm, and a member of the firm’s Risk & Resilience, Financial Services, and Social Sector Practices. I advise leading financial institutions and other global firms on a wide range of issues across strategy, growth, and risk and resilience. I support institutions in meeting their strategic objectives while ensuring resilience and maintaining strategically-informed enterprise risk management. I draw on expertise across scenario analysis, advanced analytics and model risk, effectiveness and efficiency, organization and talent, culture, and other areas.My research spans topics related to resilience, global flows and supply chains, financial markets, technology and innovation, and inclusive growth. For example, I have led major research efforts with MGI on open data for finance, digital financial infrastructure, and digital ID. I have worked extensively on financial and digital inclusion in both developed and emerging markets.I have also frequently published and commented on topics related to risk as well as digital and financial inclusion, most notably through MGI and McKinsey on Risk.I speak about global trends at large industry events and convene executives in smaller roundtable formats to share the latest thinking in the industry.
