• Lead a diverse team of Release Engineers comprised of members in London, Barcelona & Bangalore.• Support and deliver large complex releases efficiently & effectively in a Java/Linux/Oracle enterprise environment using automation tools (such as CA Lisa, XL Release, Jenkins) and manual processes, for multiple Life Sciences products in the Discovery of Science & Business of Science platforms.• Adopt XL Release tool to create Release Pipelines for continuous delivery. Standardize & automate Release templates to drive down operational cost.• Support agile development of Life Sciences products such as Cortellis. Coordinate with the business and key stakeholders for multiple releases through Dev/Build/QA/Perf/Prod environments.• Manage deployments of 100+ components using Nolio automated deployment processes, and the maintenance & design of release automation processes and job scheduling. • Fix issues during deployments, understand deployment scripts, debug where required, perform log analysis and coordinate to implement patch fixes.• Build release schedules and detailed implementation plans using MS Project & XL Release. • Hold internal reviews of release plans and carry walkthrough sessions with Production Support team. • Travel extensively to London based office, to oversee & manage major Cortellis releases.
