* Collaborated with the Quality Engineer to analyze the data collected and make informed decisions on the appropriate actions to be taken regarding unsuitable materials. * Prepared comprehensive reports for the supervisor, highlighting the findings, actions taken, and recommendations for process improvement. * Conducted routine inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

* Investigated new coating techniques on anodized aluminum to lower friction and increase wear resistance and R&D experiments were carried out in the laboratory.

* Studied on feasibility report for wind turbine installation. * Worked on wind, energy & error calculations. * Researched and decided on coating techniques and corrosion standards for "Karayel"(HAWT) components.* Undertook an active role in assembly phase of Karayel wind turbine. * Improved Karayel's rotor design after installation and tested new design.

* Took part in the production stages of manganese steel and cast iron. * Worked in different areas such as machining, heat treatment and foundry. * Gained knowledge about casting & moulding techniques, heat treatment processes and chip removal manufacturing.

Founded in 1990, IEEE METU is one of more than 1150 student branches of IEEE. We are operating both nationwide and internationally to advance technology for humanity. With our staff consisting of many students from various departments, we are organizing events that appeal to every student in METU. All the organizations that are realized are drawing attention of both the national press and the international press. In our projects, we do not ignore the feeling of social responsibility and thanks to this perspective we are now among the most notable student branches not only in METU but also across the country.As IEEE METU Student Branch, we believe the key of success is based on professional perspective with amateur spirit have more than 100 members from different departmentshave 5 executive board members and 21 administrative board members have several "Societies","Committees"and "Project Groups" succeed 17 projects,more than 70 activities and 9 organizations in which over 20.000 people participates involve fairs as a participant and about 20 conferences and meetings as an invitee have a close relationship with other more than 50 IEEE Student Branches in Turkey is functioning as a bridge between university and industryis a pioneer part of an international network and with these contributions it won many awards including ‘’World’s Best Student Branch’’. IEEE METU is one the most active student organizations with organizations we made since 1990 in Turkey. Thanks to wide students member network and successful alumni members, IEEE METU will remain so.
