Led Hasbro’s corporate initiative to bring brands to life through all forms of entertainment, including traditional television, digital, live stage and features. Strategically aligned Global Brand priorities with creative needs while overseeing story execution and character expression in licensing, toy creation, marketing and publishing.- Drove production and new development for animated series including the Emmy Award-winning Transformers: Robots in Disguise (Cartoon Network) and Rescue Bots (Discovery Family), Stretch Armstrong (Netflix), Micronauts, My Little Pony, Equestria Girls, Transformers Prime.- Demonstrated leadership across entire production process from initial pitch through delivery.- Created new development processes in international television markets and executed 5 new series in China, Korea, Japan, Ireland and Canada.- Enhanced financial bottom line by building worlds within Hasbro brands and translating them for Consumer Products and Sales. - Collaborated regularly with global brand, marketing and design teams with regular C-level check-ins, maintaining the needs of parent toy company and network partners with global perspective on storytelling.

Built and drove the pipeline of development and production of original digital series.- Orchestrated relationship between traditional television development and the digital group, seeing online series through to traditional development and production.- Mentored and supported producer talent, developed their ideas and led production and distribution.- Partnered daily with agencies, broadcasters, digital media groups and traditional television networks/studios.- Projects included The Bannen Way, Buried Alive (+dvd release), The Roadents, Long Distance Relationship (developed for MTV with Dan Levy), and The Groundlings.
