My television career was kick-started by two great entertainment organizations, NBC and Sony, where I learned about the business models that were built around amazing story creation. I saw first hand how networks and studios operated independently and with each other to foster talent and story, target audiences and treat properties as successful franchises.My passion for new forms of content and distribution models led me to establishing Sony in the original digital content business through shortform and longform productions at Crackle. There, my drive to collaborate with creative teams and execute amazing stories was solidified. I love content that speaks to audiences of all ages, regardless of where in the world they may reside. Hasbro allowed me the opportunity to excel at overseas development and production management, giving me a global view of content creation, which produced 4-quardrant, Emmy Award-winning series.
