A new title added to the Oregon Men's Basketball staff prior to the 2019-20 season, the Director of Creativity / Video Coordinator position is responsible for several aspects of sustaining the development of student athletes, and overall success of the basketball program.While serving as a liaison between our immediate staff and the Athletics Marketing Department and managing our program's social media accounts, my primary responsibilities involve video and analytics that are utilized to measure the on-court development of our team, and scouting our opponents. Using SportsCode extensively, I generate post game & practice reports with a focus on: individual player & team efficiencies / deficiencies; and opponent tendencies -- that are easily accessible to our players and staff.

While maintaining the role / responsibilities of Video Coordinator, additional duties include assisting with: on-court workouts, daily tasks administered by the Director of Basketball Operations & coaching staff, and the promotion & organization of our youth camp & high school team camp.With the assistance of the Hudl SportsCode support team, I designed an analytic workflow that is used extensively by our staff to scout our opponents and track the progression of our team.
