I have worked in multi-family housing for the past 9 years, gaining experience in marketing, sales, event management, human resources, and operations management. I have always taken pride in my ability to connect with individuals and create a personalized experience for each client. Most recently I utilized my marketing plan to bring our property to a consistent 98-100% occupancy level. This has in turn increased revenue and allowed me to lead specialized projects such as landscaping re-design and office renovations. I have also developed reports to provide our owners through Microsoft Excel and I have ample experience with data tracking systems. In my journey I have come to the realization that I am a planner, through and through. I love it. From Derby parties to a wedding and even a weeklong Disney vacation, complete with those hard-to-get fast passes. I have loved every step of planning these events and even more so, I have been able to create lasting memories. I have translated this into the resident experience at properties that include event venues.
