I am an educational leader dedicated to developing students as whole persons, through servant-leadership and organizational change. I am an adaptive thinker and trained leader and have benefited from a broad base of experience. My passion is developing and sustaining organizations to support individual students. Using relational leadership, research methods, and experiences drawn from a diverse background, I work to change organizations and create a strong classroom culture.
