Plan and report on internal audit activities to provide assurance on the adequacy, appropriateness and effectiveness of the Information Technology (IT) internal control environment, risk management framework and compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Primary responsibilities have included Scrum Master/project management, vendor relations, or developer; working with business clients in supporting multiple applications, provide guidance to other developers, high level architecture & design, provide production support, and developing change to production processes.

The Technology Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful definition, delivery and support of software solutions to end-user clients to meet business needs. With a specific focus on Policy Print and services related to ESignature, EDI, Scanning & Indexing, and EDMS Interfaces.Manages relationships with multiple business stakeholders; assembles and manages a cross functional team required to complete client work; defines implementation plans, effort, and cost; manages risks and problems, assess the quality of the work and ensures the final product meets client expectations. Maintains an awareness of other projects and activities within the division and their possible effect on ongoing department work. Promotes and provides an environment conducive to teaming within a matrix organization.
