• Review, define, communicate & implement global mobility policies with a view to achieving consistency promoting global mobility- ranging from short-term assignments, expat assignments and international new hires to perm transfers.• Overseeing initiation and on-going hands-on support of all international assignees, permanent transfers and relocating new-hires. Impute tax payments into payroll.• Approve semi-monthly payroll for international employees requiring non-routine payments or deductions including bonuses, tax repayments and updating employees on tax equalization. • Support staff in multiple countries including calculating shadow payroll and make foreign tax payments where necessary.• Daily operational management of the International Assignment team e.g. workload management, performance management, coaching and mentoring duties.• Developed international business travel tracking system to maintain global immigration and tax compliance. Provided to international tax and business leaders monthly.• Monthly reviews with International Tax Manager to review potential PE issues.
