• Assess residential homes and collect data needed for scope of installation
• Document the integrity of the structural and electrical system inside and outside the home
• Measure all mounting planes and other pertinent areas where the installation will take place and draw a rough spec of the site
• Conduct an analysis of the intended systems efficiency using Solmetric Technology
• Complete detailed site survey reports within 24 hours of site visit and for submission to the client.

• Solar Quality Assurance Inspection Services, IBTSResidential Solar QA Inspector performs quality assurance inspection services and reporting of new residential solar system installations to ensure compliance with.
• Expertise in quality assurance systems, with a strong knowledge of Photovoltaic (PT) and/or Solar Thermal (ST) technologies;
• Knowledge as to the application of corresponding building, electrical and plumbing codes in accordance with NEC requirements;
• Ability to identify equipment, wiring, and mounting requirements as per manufacturer specifications and regional best work practices.
