I have nearly a decade of experience managing eight-figure annual cash flows on both the controller and business development side of operations. In addition to having honed my traditional CFO core competencies in this time, I've learned to take on all facets of the controller role in my last six years with Seoul Taco. These include employee management and team leadership, hiring and firing, compliance, HR and benefits, marketing, and both strategic and tactical decision making within the hospitality industry.One of my biggest strengths is applied data analysis; at Seoul Taco, I compile all of the various available data - item detail sales reports, timecards, vendor detail reports, internal shift reports, and others. Leveraging a high degree of expertise in excel modeling, I build tools that cross reference the available informatics into products that are more than the sum of their parts. These models yield actional insights that enable the company to consistently evaluate the information that has high signal to noise and ultimately guide informed decision making and problem solving.
