Entry Level Web Developer - https://www.patrickwebdev.comI recently completed the Full Stack Web Development Program at CareerFoundry and I am currently looking for a Full Time entry level developer position. In addition to my Bachelor of Arts degree, Web Design Diploma, and CareerFoundry certifications, I have over 20 years of experience working in the Information Technology ( I.T.) Support industry covering a wide array of topics which included everything from PC hardware repair to the creation and maintenance of both static HTML and WordPress based websites - all of which helped me hone my ability to quickly and independently learn new skills and programs. I am new to the Coding Industry but a Seasoned Professional at scouring the internet for solutions to troubleshoot issues and errors.The Full Stack Web Development Program covered a wide range of topics in a short amount of time, but the areas I spent the most time on, and therefore feel most confident in, are:• HTML and CSS• JavaScript / Node.js• React • Bootstrap and React-Bootstrap• MongoDB• GitHubAdditional areas covered in the program, with which I have cursory experience, include, in alphabetical order: Android-Studio, Angular, AWS CLI and Lambda Functions, Expo / Expo Go, Express, Google Firebase, Jest, Material Design, OAuth2, React-Native, and Typescript.I am looking for a job that is Fully Remote based or, if not, based in the Chicago area.
