Manage group of Process Engineers and Chemists that are focused on all facets of manufacturing Automotive Coatings, from commercialization to full production, and all operations in between.

Responsibilities included:  Deltapoint certified LEAN sensei in 1996 and facilitated over 30 Rapid Improvement initiatives throughout the globe. These LEAN initiatives drove our organization to become low cost producer with improved product quality during this period.  LEAN sensei for Business Unit, directly coordinating and executing activities throughout the globe.  LEAN initiatives conducted in North America, Mexico, Italy, Germany, China and India. Provided LEAN training and mentoring for associates in all regions.  New process design and pilot and full implementation.  Member of Design Team charged with new facility design, prototyping and design basis development.  Worked to integrate the Operations component of two joint venture partnerships in our SBU.
