Create and maintain required documentation, including test cases, to meet approved business requirements.Conduct peer reviews and ensure that the work complies with Agency and work unit IT policies, standards and procedures.Gather, analyze, design, coordinate, assess and implement solutions to meet approved requirements.Identify and/or develop improvements to existing systems in order to meet the client needs.Create and maintain detailed documentation including design, documents, user guides, problem resolution techniques, training material, impacts and strategy documents.Analyze existing specification and code to identify discrepancies and determine the source of errors, make corrections, test for accuracy and update documentation to reflect the change.àSeek clarification of the application/service/solution requirements from the client when the specification provided is unclear and incomplete.Provide accurate, clear responses that are also in accordance with the established service level standards to all queries.Prepare reports, conduct research, document options and make recommendations.Notify supervisor immediately of any problems that could result in a delay in meeting the release date (milestone date) or a reduction in service to the client.

Technologies used : Ms project 2010, Fastrack Schedule, Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server 2005 and 2008, IIS, Objective-CAs an IT manager, I have to plan all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management and in some cases participate in development. I have to report all issues, provide each potential solutions and my recommendation for helping my superior to take a decision.I have to produce and maintain all the project related documentation like, project charter, work breakdown structure (WBS), risk management, change management and the project closure.Based on the scope and the WBS, I have to identify the expertise we need and the level of the expertise (Junior, intermediate, senior). After that, with the appropriate manager, look which resource can be assign on the project and the time allocated to this resource per week for the project.On some projects, I also participate in the development of applications. We develop many applications for online learning, which are developed in C # with SQL databases, I also developed an application for iPad.

During this job, i have been responsible to produce the understanding of need and the project manual based on the macroscope methodology.I have play the role of liaison/facilitator between the hospitals of the area and the firms contracted for different specialized software for the patient management, employees management, admission, the appointments, etc. In collaboration with the hospital manager, determine which software as the best potential for their need and their budget.I was also responsible for the CREIO(Regional layer) for the transmission of the data between the different software (Radiology, admission, appointments, etc). This regional layer use Biztalk for the communication, I was responsible for determine the modifications required for new software before implantation, supervise the good functioning each days and determine the updates.

As an analyst and programmer for the STO, my role was to identify the different needs and produce the appropriate document (needs analysis). Developing web application (C# mostly), create the schema database, create the table and stored procedures (SQL queries).

At CGI, I have played many roles. I have developed a lot of Cobol applications for mainframe (AIX - IBM) and script (Korn shell, perl). I have work on many enhancement and bug correction for the client system.Over time, I was given more and more tasks and management analysis. On large projects, such as analyst my task was to identify programs impacted the work to be done to incorporate the necessary changes, etc.I have also been appointed project manager for projects of small spans (3 or 4). Management schedule, tasks, assignment of resources, project planning using Microsoft Project, etc.
