During this job, i have been responsible to produce the understanding of need and the project manual based on the macroscope methodology.I have play the role of liaison/facilitator between the hospitals of the area and the firms contracted for different specialized software for the patient management, employees management, admission, the appointments, etc. In collaboration with the hospital manager, determine which software as the best potential for their need and their budget.I was also responsible for the CREIO(Regional layer) for the transmission of the data between the different software (Radiology, admission, appointments, etc).
