Thank you for helping us to build back our communities!In 2001 I began in the electrical trade by wiring residential swimming pools, spas and water features. After moving from the Philadelphia area to the Asheville area, I found the luxury home market. From 2007-2013 I had the opportunity to wire some of the largest custom homes as well as some of the smartest homes of the time. From there I transitioned into the office as a Project Manager. From 2014 to 2022 I had the opportunity to lead one of the largest service departments in Western North Carolina, and the surrounding area.As of January 2023, I have grown into a new position again. Team Development is a new role at A-American. Within this role, I will be able to work with our Safety Director to ensure a safe work environment for all, provide innovative and relevant in house training programs, grow our already fantastic culture and ensure HR compliance.
