As a Cyber Security Student at the University of Tampa, I am learning the skills and knowledge to protect and enhance the security and resilience of critical infrastructure and systems. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Cybersecurity, which combines business, technology, and national security concepts and applications.I have also gained valuable hands-on experience in the field of homeland security through my internship at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where I supported the development and implementation of various security policies and programs. For example, I helped conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for key assets and sectors, and I assisted with the coordination and communication of security initiatives and best practices among stakeholders. I am passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies to advance and innovate the cybersecurity industry and the protection of the nation. My goal is to become a cybersecurity professional who can contribute to the security and resilience of critical infrastructure and systems.
