Coordinate and prioritize workflow for field engineers and service technicians in order to maintain company assets, provide a safe operating environment for our consumers, and ensure compliance with all necessary protocols and guidelines. Provide account oversight for all of our commercial and industrial customers in Columbus and the surrounding area, providing a full suite of waste removal and recycling services. We offer a robust product line of Front Load and Roll Off collection options, as well as Compactor and Baler services to all of Central Ohio.

Coordinate all client bids and pricing negotiations, and successfully transition proposals into contracts for the customer. Establish outreach programs to vendors in order to expand our provider network, and onboard new vendor skews as the scope of management expands. Build sustainability assessments and optimization reports for clients, and ensure they are receiving the appropriate services at optimal costs. Responsible for services including trash/recycling removal, grease trap/fry oil recovery, kitchen exhaust cleaning and fire suppression services, snow and ice removal, non-hazardous special waste disposal, power washing, and facility repair services.

New Participant enrollment in Pension and Retirement accounts, and existing participant funding operations. Process regular contributions to accounts and verify transactions against an individuals mix of assets. Modify allocations between fund groups at participants’ request.
