A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ wide ranging experience primarily in Residential/ Living property market. A recognised industry expert and advisor in the investment and operation of PRS/ BTR and specialist sector assets including PBSA, Senior Living and Co-Living. Expertise in team assembly, providing advice in the design, preparation and implementation of asset strategies, protecting and enhancing asset value. Has worked on major contracts with both national and international clients overseeing asset management, rent roll management and disposal/ acquisitions of large groupings of assets.Has also worked on some on the most iconic mixed use and multi-unit schemes built in Ireland in recent years. These include many schemes within the Docklands area and Strategic Development Zones in the greater Dublin area where involvement was from development stage to site mobilisation and ongoing management. Most recently has advised clients on the design, composition and exit strategies of PRS/BTR, Co-Living and Long Term Leasing across in excess of 10,000 units and has overseen Living investment transactions in excess of €1BN.
