My role involves defining product vision, ensuring customer needs are central throughout the product lifecycle, and prioritizing features that deliver the most value. With a background in STATSports Presales, I work closely with development, sales, and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and oversee successful product launches.

STATSports are a global leader in athletic performance monitoring technology, counting many of the worlds top sporting organisations as clients. As part of the Sales Department, my main responsibilities were to:- Manage a team of pre-sales executives who deliver online and on-site product demonstrations to prospective clients- Engage with customers to determine with their specific athlete data collection, management and analysis needs and adivse them on the STATSports solutions that are alinged with their needs- Support of the sales team in the response to RFP's with the completion of tender documents- Negotiate sales contracts and design packages- Identify area's for product improvement with R&D based on industry demands and competitors- Work with marketing team to develop new content (brochures, videos, web content, sales decks)- Drive customer testimonials and case studies- Train sales staff on new products or services being offered- Deliver presentations at conferences and on webinars- Provide monthly and quarterly reports to C-Level Executives on Pre Sales KPI's

Having successfuly supported BD executives in securing multiple new clients, I moved to the newly created role of Presales Executive to continue supporting the Sales Department full time. During this period of major company growth, I was one of three Preslaes executives responsible for all delivering all STATSports product demonstrations (online and on site) worldwide. As the department continued to grow, I was promoted to the role of Presales manager.

As a Senior Account Manager, I was responsible for the management of multiple key high-level accounts including top professional teams and federations (including Liverpool FC, England FA, England Rugby, Germany FA and many more). My main responsibilities were to:- Provide on-site and online training to clients and work with them to optimize their data collection, management and analysis strategies, setting them up for success- Provide technical support as a product expert to customers through phone, email and remote access- Identify upsell opportunities and manage the renewal process- Work with the sales dept. to deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients both online and on site- Use custom CRM platform to record all interactions and monitor tasks requiring actions- Drive departmental CPD including content development and workshop delivery - Create customer user manuals and instruction guides to be used for all clients- Act as team GPS analyst (US Soccer Men's National Team) and consultant to mupltiple teams

In my first role at STATSports, I was the account manager for several key clients (primarily elite sporting organisations). I provided sports science guidance, product training and support to clients through phone, email, remote access and on-site visits. In less than a year, I was promoted to the role of Senior Account Manager.

Provide real time and post session GPS data using STATSports live iPad app. Live code games using Sportscode for real time stats feedback. Produce and present opposition analysis and post match video analysis packages to players in liaison with management team.

Responsible for providing equipment training, technical support and product demonstrations to customers for sports technology products including VX Sport GPS, Microgate Equipment, Moxus Metabolic Systems and Organic Motion 3D Motion Capture.

I worked part time seasonal lifeguarding and swimming teaching roles during and after my time in university. I worked as a Beach Lifeguard each summer, progressing to become Head Lifeguard in Spanish Point. I was part of a team of lifeguards, who monitored the patrol area (up to 5,000 people in Lahinch or Spanish Point) and responded to all manner of incidents.
