I am a certified reactor operator of the Maryland University Training Reactor (MUTR). I operate the reactor for research experiments and tours and perform routine maintenance on the reactor.

I co-oped with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for a year. During my co-op, I worked through the training required for a project manager in the Fuel Facilities Licensing Branch as well as led the update for NUREG/BR-0280 (currently in the process of being published)

This summer, I worked in the Office of Nuclear material Safety and Safeguards supporting the Division of Fuel Management's Fuel Facilities Licensing Branch (NMSS/DFM/FFLB). During my internship, I reviewed licensing actions and developed public facing infographic and text about the fuel facility categories.

I worked on a team that is digitalizing the University of Maryland's Reactor components and will help model part needed for future experiments.

While Interning at NIST through their SURF program, I worked with the Earthquake Engineering Group to perform data-analysis for theFiber-Reinforced Polymer Retrofitted walls. My internship culminated in a presentation of my work as well as providing the Earthquake Engineering Group recommendations on different parameters to test in the future.
