I am currently working as a site manager for Englobe Regeneration UK. My main role has been managing a soil treatment facility at Fawley oil refinery, as well as managing and maintaining our on-site health and safety system. I have been working in remediation for the past 7 years, starting as a remediation operative on the ground conducting hand digs, service locations, banking digs etc. Since then I have worked my way through the ranks gaining useful training and qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS) and have gained a strong passion for health and safety. My next target is to obtain my level 6 NVQ in construction management.
