Also commanded the squadron rear-detachment of more than 190 Paratroopers during Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Prepares the FSC to conduct combat joint forcible entry ground assault convoy followed by sustainment support during decisive action operations against a near-peer adversary. Ensures the health, welfare, morale, and readiness of all Paratroopers and their families. Fosters a command climate that inspires trust, confidence, and teamwork to accomplish all assigned missions and sustain the cavalry squadron throughout garrison and combat operations.

Responsible for the organizational and direct support of logistics activities of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team (2BCT) rear detachment, 82nd Airborne Division; functions include supply, transportation, food service, and property book operations. Serves as the Support Operations Supply Management Officer for the 189th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB), responsible for directing all general supply, fuel, water, food, and field service operations in support of the 82nd Airborne Division (ABN) consisting of three Infantry Brigade Combat Teams (IBCTs), 82nd Division Artillery (DIVARTY), 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB), and 82nd Sustainment Brigade (ADSB) with a total strength of 18,000 Soldiers.
