As the director of community development for Humanim I work alongside talented individuals serving Maryland residents in a variety of ways. My work specifically focuses on developing safe and affordable housing for individuals with disabilities at extremely low incomes.

As the director of the Employment Works Program I managed a dynamic team of contract specialists to execute independent fair market analyses for over 250 Maryland state contracts. Our work helped over 1,100 Marylanders with disabilities find and keep gainful employment.

As the campaign manager for Councilman Eric Costello's re-election campaign I was afforded the opportunity to build an extremely effective campaign apparatus. I worked with local universities to recruit over 15 college students to work with our staff of 4. Together we knocked nearly 35,000 doors in order to connect with constituents in the community. Our efforts eventually helped Councilman Costello achieve another 4 years in Baltimore's district 11.

I had the privilege of working with Delegate Robbyn Lewis as her campaign manager in the 2018 primary election cycle. In conjunction with the MD46 legislative team, I helped to build an operation that recruited over 100 volunteers and reached over 30,000 Baltimore voters. Our work led to a successful down ballot result for all members of Team46 and making Delegate Lewis the first person of color to represent Maryland's 46th legislative district. Appointed Campaign Manager after 6 months serving as field director.

Together with the management team I created a technical plan that the campaign used to recruit and manage volunteers, attract and retain voters, and ultimately achieve victory in the election.

As a regional organizing director with the Pennsylvania Democratic Party I directed operations for the Western Region youth and campus outreach plan. I led a talented staff of 7 organizers and 15 fellows to develop and enact voter registration efforts, volunteer recruitment, and GOTV plans for nearly 200,000 university students.
