Patrick possesses a broad professional background in entrepreneurial business, real estate, and law. Currently, he is focused on multi-family development. He is co-developing three multi-family projects in Destin and South Walton, Florida. These include: (1) The Lofts at Seacrest Beach - 120 luxury apartments (http://www.loftsatseacrest.com) (2) The Georgetown - a multi-use condominium in Rosemary Beach (http://www.thegeorgetowncondos.com); and (3) The Henderson Lofts - 54 residential condominiums within the new Henderson Beach Resort (http://www.thehendersonlofts.com). His private legal practice included large multi-state pharmaceutical litigation, real estate contract litigation and consulting, boundary and easement litigation, closely held business litigation and consultation, commercial litigation, and appellate practice. Prior real estate and business experience includes developing luxury multi-family residential projects along the Gulf of Mexico with development cost over $135 million, and co-founding software start-up Glad to Have You, Inc. In addition to Patrick's primary focus in real estate, he finds time to provide legal representation to select clients.
