Chosen as a inagural committee member for Disney's Hollywood Studios Diversity and Inclusion program. In this capacity I helped concieve, develop and excecute a variety of events celebrating the many different backgrounds a cultures represented by Cast Members within the park. These events usual centered around specific celebrations within social communities and cultures such as Black History Month, Women's History Month and LGBT Pride just to name a few.In addition I had the oppertunity to produce two videos to foster diversity and inclusion for Disney Parks. The included a "It Gets Better" video and a "What Is Diversity" video. Both projects were tailored Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Assisted in developing and implementing Cast recognition programs in the Icon area of Disney's Hollywood Studios. This included producing a annual awards ceremony titled the "Icon Oscars" as well as short skits (both live and video) and trailers which were presented during the awards ceremony.

Trained as a frontline Cast Member at some of the most high profile attractions in all of Walt Disney World. Among them are Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Rock n' Rollercoaster starring Aerosmith, The Great Movie Ride.In 2011 I was selected as a opening team Cast Member for Star Tours: The Adventures Continue. This unique experience gave me first hand insight into theme park design and visual storytelling in the theme park setting. I was chosen as a frontline trainer in 2012 and become the subject matter expert for Star Tours. Also in 2012 I became a Relief Operations Coordinator at Star Tours as well as The American Idol Experience attraction.
