Manage project schedule, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, determine material deliveries, control site discipline and logistics, set up required state and municipal inspections and ensure that subcontractors contracts are properly executed in a timely fashion. Develop a positive ,team oriented ,productive work atmosphere.

Prime objective was to develop contacts in Massachusetts hospitals and initiate business relationships with them. Duties included in-house instruction of supervisors in medical construction methods and procedures. Eventually resulted in actual and considerable work at four major hospitals with at least one remaining a long term, non- stop client to present. Also developed bidding opportunities at five well know colleges and universities and one of the largest defense contractors in the nation. Responsibilities included telemarketing, trade show exhibit, cold calling,design of marketing literature and professional letter writing geared toward corporate, life science, educational and medical prospects. Also developed an effective tracking system to develop leads and clarify marketing strategy for each potential client. All of this was achieved with no prior contacts with any individual in any of these institutions.
